Alpine Autism Center hires full and part time openings for bright, energetic, caring, motivated, and responsible individuals who enjoy working with children with special needs and their families.
We are a non-profit organization operating a day treatment facility using the CARD (Center for Autism Related Disorders) curriculum. We offer center based programming as well as home based utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) for children with autism. Furthermore, we utilize ABA principles to decrease/eliminate inappropriate behaviors such as, but not limited to aggression and self-injurious behaviors and replace them with appropriate behaviors with the use of functional communication training and individualized behavior support plans. Extensive paid training is provided and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and/or Assistants (BCaBA).

Qualifications for the In-Home and In-Center Line Therapist Position
We are looking for individuals who:
• Enjoy working with children with special needs
• Are able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
• Are capable of applying training and adapting it to various situations
• Are motivated to learn the principles of ABA
• Are able to work independently while supporting a team setting
